Not sure if your situation is a fit? Simply reach out and provide us with some basic information as described below and we can discuss. Most any request can be accommodated.

Our Approach

Responsive.

When you contact us, you’ll get a prompt reply - usually within a matter of hours - and you’ll be treated with courtesy and respect.  Recognizing that every case had a deadline, Districtwide Mediation will do everything possible to see that it’s met.

Resourceful.

We work hard to reach out and ensure your access to service. Using multiple communications channels, we are steadfast in pursuit of getting you to the negotiating table. We endeavor to match you to a mediator with the right background, in the right location - or the right virtual format - at the right price.

Reliable.

Your clients need relief.  Getting parties to the mediation table brings them that much closer to resolution.  For over 30 years, lawyers have been turning to Director Joe Harrison for this very reason.  At Districtwide Mediation, we make it happen.

How do I schedule?

You and your staff can spend hours trying to schedule mediation, oftentimes without success. Take the hassle out of scheduling. Give us an old-fashioned phone call, send us an email, or complete our simple form on the contact page. All we ask is that you include this basic information:

  • Your name / lawyer name

  • Party names and contact information

  • Opposing counsel name and contact information, if applicable

  • Dates you are available for in-person or virtual mediation

  • Mediators you prefer

Mediation Scheduled.

What’s next?

We will send you the following information. Then you’re all set! Your mediator will await your arrival.

  • An e-mail confirming the date, time, mode (virtual or in-person), location, and mediator

  • The Agreement to Mediate (the contract for mediation)

  • The Certificate of Compliance, if applicable

  • The Participant Evaluation form

How much does it cost?

We offer an affordable program broken into two costs:

  • Hourly fee for the mediator, typically ranging from $75-250

  • Flat administrative fee of $80

These amounts are split between the parties. Parties whose income falls below the poverty lines qualify for pro bono services.

“If a case has an opportunity to settle, it can settle. Getting folks to the table is half the battle.”
